Difficulty sending/forwarding photos

Hi, I have had this problem before but it righted itself eventually.  Yesterday I tried sending photos from pictures file on my computer to family, but it kept saying 'Failed to send'.  I did manage to send one at a time initially to get round it, but now this is unsuccessful too.  I then used my alternative Outlook email to attach and send the photos to my Plusnet email and successfully forward that on. Any clues would be gratefully received.  Many thanks, Newbie.

Were you trying to send via PN Webmail server?

I too have had issues with attachments; why not stick to using MS Outlook?

Hi, I only use the Outlook email selectively, and the Plusnet webmail for all other emails.  Unlike some other unfortunate Plusnet users, I haven't had too many problems with Plusnet (probably jinxed that now!) and any other issues have been resolved happily through the Community Forums
