Delays in emails being received

One of my email recipients (who has a gmail address) always experiences a considerable delay in getting my emails.  The analysis of a delayed message header on G Suite toolbox clearly shows where the problem lies:

 

From my email to SMTP - 2 secs

From avasout02.plus.net to mx.google.com   Protocol: ESMTPS - 2 hrs 27 mins 53 secs

 

 

Can anyone tell me what this means and what I should do to sort out the problem please?
