Re: Delays again

It looks like its a bottleneck between JTN and PN  again as emails sent to PN email address arrive immediately.

Re: Delays again

That mail is being smarthosted via the Ironport boxes.
We switched the smarthosting to point at Cloudmark back on the 27th October but had to revert the change. A similar thing happened yesterday. We've just attempted the change again though so the mail should be going via Cloudmark rather than Ironport. Keep an eye on it Steve and let me know if the problem persists under this arrangement...

Re: Delays again

I've been following SteveA's threads as I have the same problem.  My last mail message received via JTN was sent at 12:28 and arrived at 14:34 (GMT) today.  Other messages known to have been sent in the last hour have not yet arrived.  This is the worst I have seen it.

Re: Delays again

Delay still about 6 minutes at 8am this morning.  On past days since this started, it's always recovered from the previous day by this time.  Whatever was changed on 22nd, I'm afraid it's made things worse, not better.

Re: Delays again

OK this morning.  Test message sent a few minutes ago had just a second or two delay.  Problems have been mostly in afternoon-evening, presumably when load increases, so will check again later.

Re: Delays again

Thanks, if we get any more reports then I'll open an internal problem and have somebody take a look.

Re: Delays again

OK Monday at 5:30 pm - just a couple of seconds delay - so maybe problem is fixed.
