Dead Slow and Stop Tonight?

Is anyone else's email performing very slowly tonight? Taking a minute or more to sync the Imap folders. Also taking ages to download email bodies or delete emails etc.

(Not that I can't wait a minute, just sensitive to unusual slowing down after the previous problems )

If you are talking about PlusNet Webmail rather than an email client, is this a different problem from what we have all been suffering for the last year?:
