DKIM1 for hosted domain name

Hi,

Plustnet hosts a domain for me,  I have just had some of the email send from this domain classed as spam because I assume that my hosted address does not supply a DKIM record.  

I understand that I have to add a txt record to my domain with a DKIM key in it 

How do I add a txt record to my hosted domain name ?

Not possible using our Domain Control System I'm afraid.
