Creating a redirect for globalnet.co.uk email

Guys - does anybody know where I can go to set up a redirect for my ancient @globanet.co.uk account? The Plusnet webmail system is flaky at best. Thunderbird has stopped picking up my globalnet inbound mails (or gllobalnet has stopped sending them). Trying to log in to Plusnet's email settings only works for email addreses @plusnet, Force 9 or Free something. No option for us poor globalnet users....

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Are you still encountering issues?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for asking. No further issues. Problem solved. Finally got hold of a Plusnet telephone support guy, who directed me to the inner depths of Gmail, which is where I was able to set up a kind of redirect. Seems to be working fine now, and I'm spared the agony of Plusnet webmail.
