In Outlook it's a 'Right Click the address and select Add to Contacts' but as Hulls implies we don't know what mail client you are using...if any.

What program do you run to get to your email and receive/send emails? That is a "mail client"
e.g. Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Internet Explorer etc. etc.

Hi Ted
I assume you're using Outlook Express as your email client. In which case, when you're looking in your 'Inbox', just right-click the mail you're interested in and then select the menu item 'Add sender to Address Book'. Simples!
