I have just recruited a colleague to PlusNet and we are trying to configure mail.
I created an IMAP account in Windows Mail and nothing seems to happen - the server doesn't respond and no syncing occurs.
I then created a POP3 version of the account (he only has one email created) and the only differnece I can see is mail rather than imap; this downloads mail with no problems.
Any ideas on how to use the IMAP version?
Thanks

IMAP will only display messages that are on the server. If you've downloaded the messages using POP3 then you'll not see them when logging in using IMAP. The IMAP account when set up in Windows Mail should display the same messages you can see when logging in via Webmail.
