Changing webmail settings

MAAF email redirected to PN by PN due to them closing MAAF.

I use Outlook 2007 for my emails, but occasionally go on webmail to check spam folders etc. I inadvertently deleted an email then logged off. Realising what I had done I logged in again but the deleted folder empties on closure. Is there anyway to change these settings? I can't find anything.

Oh why oh why did PN get rid of the MAAF webmail interface it out classes PNs by miles.

Yes you can. See Settings > Server Settings > Maintenance.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
