Hello, today I received an email from Plusnet about changes to email, i.e. transfer to Greenby.
My email address is a freenetname address. To manage certain things I believe I have to sign in to Madasafish still.
I do not think my freenetname email address is setup or visable in my Plusnet account.
I am not technical. Please could someone explain to me exactly what I need to do before the transfer?

My email system appears to be running very slowly (Send / Receive runs very slowly in Outlook), so I assume this is part of the migration to Greenby, so I've tried to update my POP Email settings to the new ones given on the Plusnet website, but they don't work.
What is happening to the Plusnet email system, as it appears to be broken ?![]()
