Would I keep the same MS Outlook settings as I have now?
Any experiences of the email only package would be very helpful.

I saw in paper yesterday that ex BT Broadband customers who want to retain a BT e mail address now have to pay £5pm for the privilege

Yes, BT has more than trebled its charge for so-called 'premium' email even though it's often the old BT Yahoo email that was hacked a few yrs back. Can highly recommend Fastmail at £7 per year, three mins to set up, much faster than BT.
