Cat B35 email setup

I'm trying to set up the email on my new Cat B35 featurephone.

My ISP is tiscali, but the email account is with plusnet (an old globalnet email account).

Does anyone know what settings I should be using for the following fields :

Hostname

Security (options are SSL, STARTTLS and Unencrypted)

Port Number
