I'm enquiring on behalf of a relative who has an @care4free email address. I need to setup his email account up on a new laptop but the password is long forgotten. Although there is a password reset service on the madasafish website, the 'forgotten password' email does not appear in his inbox (on his old PC where he's still logged in). Can anyone advise an alternative way to reset the password?
