Hi @TikkiTTavi,

I have sent you a private message to get some details from you in order to help get this looked at and fixed for you.

Re: Cannot send Plusnet emails via Webmail

Townman

I had a go with the email diagnostics guide and hit a problem immediately on Windows start. There are other questions about some of the points in the guide-

(1) When I right click on the Windows Start button it does bring up Windows Powershell and Windows Powershell (Admin). If I click on Windows Powershell it brings up a dark blue window with the following message -

" Try the new cross-platform Powershell https//aks.ms/pscore6"

then

"PS C:\Users\Myname> (followed by a flashing light orange prompt)

I don't know how to deal with this.

(2) Later in the guide there are several references to 'userID'. Is this the same as 'username' which has always appeared in my Plusnet documents.?

(3) In the diagnostic commands there is a reference to "When prompted type your password". Is this my original password or my changed password.? Can I just try them both.?

(4) Under Configuration there is a window which includes Brand Callnetuk. Is this the sort of thing I would expect to see after I had filled in all my own details.? Does it tell you what you need to know about my problem.?

Finally, I note the recent comment that this thread may be passed over to Leanne.

@TikkiTTavi

You need to apply some level of self help here.  You just need to follow the instructions as given.

You appear to need more hand holding on basic computer skills than is practical to provide via community members, which is why I have referred this to the staff team.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
