Cannot see folders in Inbox using webmail

Hi,
I can log into to webmail and see in  the left hand pane that I have 92 new messages in my inbox but when I click on Inbox, it doesn't show the messages.
I am away from home and would really like to access these so any help would be much appreciated.
I have been successful in  using webmail on this laptop at home in the past.
Thank you,
Vicky

I should say that I  can click on Drafts, Sent and Trash and they come up as normal (although all 3 are empty!)

At the top click Folders, then subscribe to them!

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I tried that but it says that "No folders were found to subscribe to!"

Re: Cannot see folders in Inbox using webmail

Presumably you have been able to see the folders at some time in the past?

Hi Vicky, what does it show? An error message? A blank white screen? An empty inbox?
You could try using another web browser to see if it's anything to do with that i.e. Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
If that doesn't work and you still really need to get to your messages then you could try using Mail2Web .
You need to login using:
Your email address: <your mailbox username>@mail.plus.net
password: <your mailbox password>

That should allow you to view any messages that you have on the server.
