Cannot log in but nowhere to reset password?

As topic my password is being rejected but there is nowhere to reset it. Usually I don't use the email but as I am getting no notifications of updates to any support requests I've raised I'm suspicious that they are going to my plusnet email.

Reading between the lines here, I guess you suspect that your password is wrong?

If it is the default mailbox you are trying to access ACCOUNTNAME then the password is the same as that you use on the PlusNet portal and in your router.

If it is a different email box ACCOUNTNAME+mailboxname then you can manage the password for that here - https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=myemail&s=1&redirected=yes - though you will need to be able to log into your PlusNet admin account.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Turns out I was entering username@plusdsl.net rather than just username. Sorted now thanks.
