You’ve not heard anything about the transfer because you’re not yet scheduled to transfer.

You can change your password by logging in here https://plus.net

If you need help to do that reach out to one of the staff such as @Leanne_T 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
