Cannot access secondary email address

Can someone help?
I have been using my primary (default) email for sometime now, but I need to access emails from a secondary email address I set up.
I have not checked these emails for months, but how do I access these ?
I cannot remember if I used a separate password for this secondary address either !

To access additional mailbox content the username entered needs to be accountname+mailboxname and the password the one set up for that mailbox. If you've forgotten that password you can reset it using the My Mailboxes tab in Manage My Mail (http://email.plus.net).
