This topic is nearly a year old and though the symptoms might be similar I suspect that its not the same issue.

Please see https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Routing-peers-down/m-p/1464923#M316628 as a potential common problem encountered TODAY!

@mods - lock in favour of linked to / contemporary issue?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
