Can't receive mail from a certain domain

A friend of mine cannot send emails to me.  They keep getting bunced back evn though he is in my white list.

The mesasge he gets back is as follows  (I have removed his email address)

The provider your friend is sending the emails through has been blacklisted by our anti-spam vendor. They'll need to ask their provider to request delisting using the link in the rejection message.

Do emails from your friend still get rejected? The IP shown seems clear on around 100 common blocklists including the Cloudmark reputation one in action in that report.

Whitelisting the sender won't help in this situation because messages were being rejected before they were accepted for spam checking.

@spraxyt He hasn't tried since the bounced message which was earlier this evening.  I'll get him to try again.

He's tried another mail this morning and that was bounced as well.  I guess he needs to get on to his mail provider.

Yes it will be necessary for your friend's provider to request delisting on the page ljnked in the message.
