Can't receive emails on iPhone 4S

Hi,
I have just got an iphone 4S on vodafone. I have followed the instructions found on the plusnet website. Amazingly I can actually send emails. However I can't seem to receive them on my iphone. I'm using imap.plus.net as the incoming server. Any ideas?

Are you able to access messages using webmail using the same username and password?
