Can't get into e-mail

Can log in Ok and see the list of e-mails but when I try to open any I keep getting the following message
ERROR
This page request could not be verified and appears to have expired.
Go to the login page
I Have gone into the log in page and appear to log in OK but trying to access my e-mail just gets me back to this message.
Is this a temporary problem ?

Are you still having problems as I've just logged into your account and I can't replicate the issue?

Seems to have gone OK now !
Will post again if it starts to play up.
Fortunately I do not use it for anything important.
