Just had a couple of emails through on one of my addresses in Mail (both sent just now too).
Password not rejected on the others so hopefully they'll start coming through too.

Phew! My husband's in hospital currently and I've been using our joint Plusnet email to keep family and friends up to date.

Mac OS14 and Firefox user with latest versions of both

I've just been told by one of your phone operators that I have to change the passwords on all my email accounts to get them working, what a pain in the backside this is going to be

Hi,

Not wishing to dispute what you've been told but that seems a bit odd to me?  I didn't have to change my password nor my daughters theirs.  What do you use to access email?  I wonder if the webmail tool would be good for a sanity check?

Email had a blip but it was working around the start of business.  I just had to wait and made no changes - same for others.  What problems are you still having?

I'm using thunderbird as my mail client, changing passwords on all the accounts got it working but shouldn't need to be doing this

Hello Jonty, Outlook keeps asking me for my password. When I input it correctly Outlook keeps asking or my password and I can't get any further. I can log in to webmail with m password OK. Cheers.

@Plowman , okay, so you just have an odd workstation (client) issue.  Good to read that via the web all is okay.

Have you just tried re-adding your info/profile?  Don't delete the current one of course just in case.  If you still have issues, let us know what version you have of Outlook so we can help you troubleshoot further.
