Can't Receive Inconing Emails?

I can't receive incoming emails om my Sumsung Galaxy S3 mini, although I can send outgoing emails? The incoming and outgoing were set up as instructions supplied by Plus Net? The only emails I have received are from Plus Net?

I am going to make a couple of assumptions
The emails you received were addressed to postmaster@username.plus.com and the ones you haven't received are addressed to anothername@username.plus.com
Is this correct

I have only received an email from support@plus.net to postmaster@username.plus.com. Not from any other email address?

Checking your email on this Forum it is a Madasafish address
Is this the one you not receiving emails from

Yes, thats right. Always had a madasafish account

In which case you need to set up that account on you Samsung assuming that it is still active - can you access it via a computer or webmail
If it is still active then the Incoming email server (POP3) should be mail.madasafish.com and with the correct Madasafish userrname and password

I tried that to begin with, but it kept saying the username or password was wrong

Which brings me back to the question - when you moved from Madasafish to Plusnet did you retain the email address
One way to check is the Madasafish webmail as I believe you may no longer have a valid email account with them unless you subscribed to JustMail https://webmail.madasafish.com/

I can still get emails to *****@madasafish.com, do every day and can log into webmail and pick up my emails

My email address on my plus net account is *****@*****.plus.com, does this make a difference?

Although under "My Account" it is still *****@madasafish.com

Try deleting the whole thing and starting again as it may have got all screwed up
But the account and the email must match

Deleted the email account. Set it up again using *****@*****.plus.com, works perfectly!  Thanks Very Much for your Help, its is Much Appreciated
