Can't Receive Emails From Barclays Bank

Just wondered if anyone's able to receive emails from Barclays Bank?
When I login to my internet banking it keeps telling me to update my email address as they can't reach me on it but I use my email account frequently pretty much every day without issue via IMAP and SMTP and haven't encountered any other issues.

The last email I got from BB was on the 20th if that is any help.

I assume you're using a Plusnet email address (Just check, as you haven't said!)
Have you looked in any Junk folder that you may have to see if you emails in there?

woodm,  just to be on the safe side.  Are you absolutely sure that the web page that's asking for this input is the genuine one and not a spoof page?
In any case, I'd check with the bank's IT helpdesk, as the people most likely to be aware of current problem types.

Ah, I understand what's going on now. I just tried to do something the wrong way. I wasn't keen on calling them for obvious reasons but I got there in the end.

...The bank that is 😉
