Can PlusNet revert an IMAP folder to a previous backup state?

I recently received an automated email from PN informing me that my email storage was getting full, and that I had to take action to avoid mailboxes being archived. 

Due to an error on my part, I have lost all of my SENT mail before 2018 that was in an IMAP folder on the PlusNet mail server. I would really like to get that back again. 

Do PlusNet keep backups that they can restore users IMAP mailboxes from?

I am just conscious that time is wearing on, and the chances of a backup being there are reducing. Does anyone know if PlusNet can restore my mail on their server to a previous backup state?

I've raised a request with our infrastructure engineers to see if this is possible.

As I get my received mail collected from the PlusNet IMAP servers by another email service, I have very little stored in my mailboxes, so all my mail folders could be restored from a backup, not just my Sent mail IMAP folder, if that makes the task easier for your specialists.

i have managed to recover my lost mails, So I no longer need the mailbox restored from backup.

Please take no action, though it would be interesting to know if the mailbox could have been restored or not.

It looks like we wouldn't have been to retrieve the mailbox our side for you anyway I'm afraid. I'm glad to hear you was able to get it back though.
