I have now unselected "clear trash on logout", but obviously that was too late for the deleted email that I have now lost. This happened within the last 3 hours, so is it possible to get it back?
Hi @Kizzy, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear it sounds like you've accidentally deleted an email. I have contacted our back end team and have advised them to restore the oldest snapshot we have of the mailbox which should hopefully bring the lost mail back for you. There's no guarantee this will return the mail but we can certainly try. If it can be returned then this should be in the next 3 working days.
