CAN'T REPLY OR FORWARD

I have 2 email accounts - one through PlusNet (Waitrose Just Mail) and one through another provider. Both operate via my MS Outlook.

I can't reply to or forward any emails (using the 'reply' and 'forward' buttons) I receive on my PlusNet/Waitrose account. I have no such problems with emails received on my other account.

Can anyone help me?
