Bounced email - 552 why?

It didn't contain any spam, and had no attachments so no virus ...

The email I was trying to send read as follows:

You could upload the scans to the "Files Area" here on Groups.io (probably in a folder called 1L20 or similar), and also ko4bb.com, ebaman.com spring to mind - I'm sure there are more.

I was looking at my 1L20 manual and never noticed before that it had two bulletins in its back pouch.

050-0474-00 replacement of Q310, Q340, Q350 for 1L30 1L30 1L40 491 and

050-0348-00 replacement of RF oscillator tube for 1L20 serno 100-519 (the famous 7077 tube)

I couldn't find these with a quick search, is there a place I can dump the scans? There is no "product modification" category at w140.com

Hi @Perdix,

I'm sorry that your email bounced and for any inconvenience that this caused you. If you've not done so already, please can you try sending this to a different email address to see if you get the same bounce back message?

Does the body of the email contain any URLs? It may be the case that our spam filter is flagging the URL.

Well, I previously posted the entire message to this thread, but someone at the Plusnet end decided to delete it (why I have NO CLUE - if I'm happy to post it, you can be sure I have no privacy concerns about the content).

After I posted the email text here I deleted it from my computer.

So if you can resurrect the deleted post then you'll see exactly what the email said.

Did the post ever appear here or are you just assuming it was deleted here? It could have been caught by the forum spam filter and never got published.

It doesn't appear the email content was deleted intentionally. We normally see a notice if it's been flagged and removed by moderators. This isn't the case.

Perhaps as @Townman says it was picked up by the forum spam filter.

Is this just the one instance where sending an email has rejected?

As Emily mentioned before, did the email contain any URL's or attachments that may have been picked up as spam?

So far just the one instance.   It did contain URLs but they are ones that have worked before and worked again today!

Thanks for getting back to us David.

It's odd, I'd keep an eye on it and if you continue to get bounce backs to investigate further can you PM me the email address you're sending from, the email address you're sending to and the full content of the email if possible?
