Blocked addresses

New here so please don't  in very simple terms how do i add to the blocked address list

Hi haletony, welcome to the forums!
Please don't shout ... the mods will slap you on the wrist if you don't remove the caps!
Adding to the blocked list is easy, once you find the right place:--
sign in to the Members' Centre --> select Email Settings from the left-hand menu --> click on Manage My Mail --> look for the Spam tab --> scroll to the bottom of the page
There's the box to fill in! (Don't forget to click Save when you're done.)
