Blocked Sender

I'm trying to change my email address on eBay but do not receive the confirmation email they send. After having an online chat it was suggested that ebay may be in my blocked senders list. I have not created a blocked senders list, nor do I know how to do that. Is this something that Plusnet does? If so, how do I check if eBay is on it and how do I remove them?

Check your webmail and see if it's Spam folder.

The email was not in my Spam folder. I resolved the problem by closing my eBay account and opening a new one with the correct email address and different password. The welcome email came straight through so, problem resolved. Thanks for the reply.
