Re: Best way to send 100 photos?

Depending on the file size of the photos, you might get away with uploading them to a free Flickr account? I'd suggest against using email.

Or you could both set up a free Dropbox account: https://www.dropbox.com/ to share files incl. photos between you.

Re: Best way to send 100 photos?

the free flicker has a limit to how many you can up load a day, so it might take you a few days to upload the 100, not sure what the limit is as I have a paid account with no limit

Re: Best way to send 100 photos?

I was aware there was a 300MB monthly limit but didn't know about a daily limit? You may well be right though seeing as I don't use the service all that often.

I could be wrong but 100 photos could be over 300 M, but not likely

Re: Best way to send 100 photos?

You could use some sort of free ftp space, zip the photos up and send a link or credentials.
I do this often. At the weekend I travelled to a family event at the other end of the country, when I got home I uploaded all of the uncompressed photos from my camera in a zip file (200Mb) and sent the link to other family members.
My family members also have credentials so they can do the same.
I have my own servers but I am sure there would be ftp space available free on a Google search.

I don't usually like plugging Microsoft wares, they can afford their own advertising, but Skydrive gives you 25GB for free. Picassa (which I do use and like), 1GB for free.
You can do all the usual sharing stuff and send email linkies to photo's etc.
