I use Bcc a lot with distribution lists in Outlook. However, I have just discovered that I cannot set up an Outlook 'Rule' to automatically forward copies of certain emails to a distribution list using the Bcc. field - it appears that the only way to do this is manually, not automatically. That is a real drawback.
I have tried the same thing in Windows Live and the same problem exists.
Can anyone suggest a work-around ?
