Attention of Gandalf madasafish email

My madasafish email stopped working. An engineer asked to change the email password to work on it. I now can't get in to check progress and my madasafish login stopped as well.

I followed Gandalfs advice on changing the password but it asks you to give the email of the mailbox you want to change the password for which I can't get into as the password has changed so I will never get info on changing the password.

Is it possible to get a link sent somewhere I can see it so I can change the mailbox password?

Plus net have been hopeless so far. The last one said it was web chat and I changed the password!

Gandalf seems to know about madasafish so hopefully he sees this and responds

After looking around it might be that madasafish/plusnet or whoever is responsible for renewing domain names hasnt done it even after being told to do it and having emails saying they would

Moderators are customers, the same as you and I having no access to anything.

Now that a moderator has move this to the correct place for this request type, it will be in a queue awaiting staff attention.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
