Help, Attachment's box will not close and is covering the page from subject line down in fact nothing will work message options will not work how can I reset the page?

Just to be clear - is this with Webmail, on what device using which browser?

Hi All 

Just to clarify, the problem is on the mobile basic webmail that I have this problem. The attachment box will not close and is coving the page from the subject line down and none of the button will work. Nothing I do will close the Attachment box.

Hopefully somebody can tell me what to do, thank you

I am using Opera, browser and basic webmail. It is when I am composing a new email that this happens. When I am just looking at my emails all is ok. I have just tried the Edge browser and the problem is not there, the problem is just with Opera.

Some browsers are rather poor in their rendering of web page content, especially in respect of overlays.  Generally there is little which can be done about it and in this case - webmail - the web application is supplied by a third party - Round Cube.

Given that all works fine with Edge, I recommend you use that.

In Opera, I trust that you have tried pinching and scrolling to no avail?

Many thanks for your input. You are right it works perfectly in Edge but not opera. So I will use edge in future.
