Check your user account settings in the portal - Manage Account | Member Centre | Plusnet

The email address shown there is the one to which FUP warning emails will have been sent.  Do you monitor that email address?

There have been some reports that ticket entries sometimes do not get mailed out.  Can you please check your ticket history (see the link below) and advise if your ticket history reports email usage warnings and indicates the email address the message was sent to.  Can you then please double check that email address, particularly the spam folder.

Hi @assuage, thanks for reaching out. I've raised a task for you and this will be sorted out within 3 working days. Once your emails have been unarchived, please delete any that is no longer needed to keep you under the 1GB limit

Hi @ruthm1, I'm not able to see an email that was sent to confirm the emails have been archived. Are you able to let me know when you received this please?

Please note that the mailbox is on my old Free-online account, not the newer Plusnet account.

Hi, My emails were unarchived a few weeks ago and I then downloaded them to my laptop. I went back to check the Plusnet Web email was empty again and it did appear to be.  I then monitored webmail over a few days and it seemed to be back to normal.  This morning my emails have disappeared again, I'd be very surprised if the amount of emails I had in 4 weeks had exceeded any limit.  Could you please help and restore my emails and advise on why they had disappeared this time please.
