Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here!

Brian11, I've just checked and there's nothing to show that we've archived your messages, have you received an email advising of that?

Hi,

Thanks for checking. I don't remember getting an email but i thought that is what had happened as all of my emails before 5pm on the 15th July have disappeared. I don't remember getting any message saying my mailbox was getting close to the capacity limit. Is there any other way of getting the emails restored?

Please can you unarchive my emails on the address c*******2?

I raised a question on 9th June, and then spoke to helpdesk on 10th July but there has been no action.

Please help.

Hey @molly8, it looks like our @LaurenB raised this for you on Thursday.

Saying that, our Operations Team have stating that they cannot see any notes on the account to state emails have been archived. Can you please send me a PM, and copy and paste the email you received into it? I'd also need the date and time that this email was received.

Hiya @joe80, thanks a lot for getting in touch. I've just raised a task to have your emails unarchived. Going forward, please try to ensure that your mailbox remains below the 1GB limit to prevent this occurring again.

@Gandalf hi, yes, I didn't check my inbox for a couple of months and have received an email to say everything up to mid July has been archived

@Gandalf The mailbox is twillcomp+j.... And my son had not checked it for a while. The messaged said not logged in since 18/4/2022 20:31:56.

The notification email was on 25/7/2022.
