Hope you can help by restoring archived emails  long enough for me to manage them and retrieve vital information - including festival tickets, gig tickets etc!!! The relevant email address is the one starting with M. 

I received notification that my mailbox capacity had reached over 75% so I was diligently deleting around 100 emails a day off the largest email account (the one starting with m) and unsubscribing to every marketing shot that appeared in my inboxes.  I also opened a new email account with another provider to start transferring service over. The next thing I knew the whole lot had disappeared - with no warning. With nowhere to go on the Plusnet site, I telephoned customer service and did not have the most helpful experience from someone who didn't know what to do beyond she would send the request onto a relevant team. I heard nothing further then a text stating the problem had been resolved (it obviously hadn't) and there was no way of texting back as requested on the number! I tried several times! Feeling relieved to have finally found this thread to reply to - and really hoping that this works. All my Festival tickets (starting next Thursday) are on this email account and without which I cannot attend any of the events!!

Email archived and need to restore, how?

Emails were archived on Thursday and it is now Tuesday. Really need them. It was archived due to 90 in active. (Mostly because it takes so long to log in and load) they are very important. How do I recover restore them? The email has a link and says make a ticket on Help Assistant, but I’m going round and round on plusnet website not finding anything about a Help Assistant!
How do I recover my emails and restore my data?

Hi, all but this evenings email has disappeared from my account. I have been receiving some account almost full emails, but to be honest thought they were dodgy! So did nothing!
I am guessing that my email may have now been archived?
I am currently at work in Egypt so need access to all my email. Please could you reinstate my email and I will try to reduce the mailbox size as soon as possible.

Having reviewed the account I can see this has been raised by a colleague of mine yesterday, they will let you know once it's been unarchived.

Hi, I've just discovered my emails have been deleted again including my house sale, business and holiday email all of which I need imminently. 

Please restore all my emails/email folder as soon as you can and I will do some house keeping to reduce the size but I need these back urgently.
