All my emails disappeared about a week ago.
I assuming (and hoping!) that they’ve been archived.
Could all the contents of my mailbox be un-archived please?
I’m in the process of buying a laptop, and intend to download them all onto the device as soon as possible. This may take up to a few weeks.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the emails to return.
Please ensure you delete as many as you can so this does not continue to happen!
The emails should be live long enough for you to have the new laptop by then.

All my emails have disappeared. I think that this might be because they have been archived.

I have raised this with our NetOps team to unarchive, I have also sent you a separate email from the account with the task reference, please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed.

Hello,
My emails disappeared last week and I have only just discovered that they will have been archived. My email contact details with plusnet were still set to an old wanadoo account which was deactivated years ago so I wasn't getting the messages to reduce the size of my mailbox and didn't realise that archiving was about to happen.
I'd be hugely grateful if the mailbox could be restored and I will sort out the size asap please. I'll also make sure to update the contact email in my plusnet account.

Can you please unatchive my emails Email Ref: E1021. I am in the process of reducing the amount of stored emails but I need access to them for a few more weeks, I am also in the process of changing my subscriptions to a different email address so I am in the process, but this is delaying the process, also I need you to make this as urgent as I have explained in the pass when this has happened,I have children with addtneeds and you have just removed my appointment letter and school documents ect... So pleased can you rectify this asap
