Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Hi @NickyS  I've got this raised for you. Normally it can take up to 72 hours, please bear in mind this may take a little bit longer due to Christmas and New Year and there may have a big of a back log.

How long does it usually take to get restored? I appreciate it's been the Christmas holiday?

Hi @Podster the standard timescale is 72 hours, however with the festive period I understand we're behind, unfortunately, I don't have a timescale at the moment.

Good afternoon, all my emails inbox, sent, work, business etc have disappeared from my mailbox without warning or notice of any action, I can only assume they have been archived. 

I use this web-mail / email address as my main email and desperately require these emails being reinstated as they contain details of my upcoming change in employment.

Please advise if this is possible, when this will take place.

I occasionally get the your email is at 75% message and when I do I will clear out old emails however this morning I have noticed that both mine and my wife’s emails have been reduced to last Tuesday.

Please can you unarchive my mailboxes.

I can't see any evidence of archiving on your account from what I can see.

Are you seeing these missing emails on webmail or a mail client?

On webmail I only have emails from last Tuesday and 3 from September 2023
In my email on my iPhone I can only see emails from last tuesday

I've been told that my emails have been unarchived, but I don't have access to any earlier than 20/10/23. Is that normal?

2 of my mail accounts seem to have lost emails between yesterday and last September.

The affected accounts start with J & D
