Could my emails be unarchived again please.

I seem to be trapped in an inescapable loop with your system. Once again, I spent hours sifting and deleting thousands of emails to bring my total down to 5000 (from 13,500). Considering I was on 1127MB when I had 13,500, it’s impossible to comprehend that I was still actually over the limit at 5000, and yet, the system has archived them again. (I do also delete them from the Deleted folder).

I’m sincerely hoping that my move to Greenby later on this month may solve the issue - are we allowed to have double the amount of storage?

Hi Leanne,

Could I have my emails unarchived, please? It is a small mailbox, but was left unviewed for too long.

The case is a bit strange because the message saying that the mailbox has been archived has come a few days after my mail was supposedly migrated to Greenby. However, there have been problems with getting my pre-migration email over to Greenby. Please see ticket 251409165, where I have posted a copy of the email saying that this mailbox has been archived.
