Oh man - my emails have been restored - thank you for that - but the many subfolders they were organised into have not been, so everything is now a massive jumbled mess in my inbox 😓😢😭. This will take me a long time to sort out. Anyone in danger of having their emails archived please take note.

Phew, the folders are back again and populated! Not sure if I just hadn't given them enough time to populate or what. Anyway I'm so glad - else that would have been 10+ years of filing down the drain!!

@djtreharne Apologies for the delayed response, I received word from the netops team that the system hasn't actually archived any of your emails.
I'm not too sure what's happened in regards to your emails and folders vanishing. Do you usually use a specific device and third party client to access your emails usually? or have you always used our webmail service?

I've only ever used the webmail service. I received an email from Plusnet on 1st Sept to say they'd been archived. Where have my emails gone then? I had some important emails saved so I need to get access back asap.

Where did the look? In the achieve store or the CRM ticket system?
Archiving due to exceeding the FUP does leave a foot print in the CRM.

That could be a bit economical with the detail. If this archive was due to having not accessed the mailbox for 90 days, then there will be no foot print in the CRM. There has been the need to make this discernment clear before.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi Could you unarchive my email account called Jon. I am a bit new to this . It stopped working a few days ago . Do you need to know anything else in order to un archive it ?
