Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Hey @JASuminski, I can see your mailbox has been archived. I think this might be the issue, but don't worry, I will raise a task for them to be unarchived as above. It can take up to 5 working days for this to be completed.

I have now bought myself a laptop and once I finish setting it up, I will download everything onto it.
