@atomiler I can't see any email or ticket advising we have archived your emails. How is it you are seeing they are?

Please could you un archive my email account, I require some of the emails. Once they are accessible I shall delete those not needed.

I've just had an email saying my mailbox has been archived due to lack of use. Can you un-archive it please. I have two mailboxes - it is the one tha begins with the letters sel. The message says 'raise a ticket with the help assistant' but I believe that is no longer possible.

@MatthewWheeler it is a legacy mailbox, force9. I access it multiple times a day through POP3 but apparently it requires a webmail login to prevent archiving.
