Hello, I have been notified that my e mails have been archived. Can I have them restored ,please?

Were you notified by e-mail and was this due to inactivity?

Yes, I don't use the e mail account as my main one but do use it at this time year for tickets. I got this e mail when I accessed the mail ;

Username: safcdl16

We have therefore archived the contents of the mailbox, please note that new mails will continue to be received.

To stop this from happening going forward you need to access it and collect E-Mail at least once within a 90 day period.

If you would like your email restoring then please contact our support team by raising a ticket using the Help Assistant on our website:

https://portal.plus.net/

We will only keep archived email for a limited period of time, after which it will be permanently deleted.

I'll need a mailbox unarchiving please as it has been archived to save storage.

email notification received 13/07/23 at 01:57.

The mailbox is 'maildir-jenni', once done please confirm so that I can ensure our own housekeeping is completed.
