Archived Emails need unarchiving

I know this topic has come up before but how else do I unarchive my archived emails as I cant raise 'a ticket using the Help Assistant on' your website 

 

I received an email to my 'newgrp' email address on 20/4/19 16:59 &

and to my  'sshop' email address on 11/5/19

 

You are receiving this message as your mailbox has not been accessed since:

2019-01-13 21:12:14 & 2019-02-08 07:57:59 respectively

All emails from before this email have gone.

We have therefore archived the contents of the mailbox, please note that new mails will continue to be received.


Please can someone from Plusnet unarchive my 'newgrp' & 'sshop' emails ASAP pleas before they are permanently deleted.

I've submitted a request to unarchive the two requested mailboxes for you.

 

The requests are processed in a batch, every 30 minutes. Please note it may take some time to restore the mail, especially if the mailbox was very large.
