I don't know what has happened to Plusnet Customer Service in recent times. I have found that emails have been 'archived' simply because I have not logged on to it for a time. That is annoying in itself. Now you would expect it to be relatively simple to get them unarchived. It used to be you could submit a request. I can't find that anywhere. All I get directed to is a link to Chat (which is ALWAYS unavailable) or asked to PHONE in. Have we gone back to the last century? Why is it so hard to request to undo what really should not have been done in the first place??? I've been with PN since year dot and feel like we're deliberately having things made difficult these days.
Can someone from Plusnet CS PLEASE unarchive my 'shopping' emails ASAP please?

I've checked your account and I can't see anywhere stating that we've archived your e-mails.
Can you advise where it's showing as archived?
