How do I get my archived emails back? Do I just go on chat and ask?

I've checked your account and I can't see any tickets where we've stated we've archived your e-mail.

Can you confirm why you think they have been?

All but 4 recents emails are there and one from Plusnet says they have been archived

I don't think the account we've got linked to your profile is the one that you're referring to in terms of your email.

Could you please provide the username and email address of the account in question via a PM to either myself or Matt and we'll take a look at this for you?
