WIll you please let me know when my mailbox will be restored.
This is the 2nd time my mailbox has been archived.
The speed of Plusnet Webmail is poor & unrealiable which is taking me a long time to go through all my emails to reduce the size of the mailbox.
I have been in the process of moving the important emails to Gmail but it times out all the time.

Sorry to hear this Nathan. Have you tried using a mail client which should make managing your mail a bit easier than using webmail when there's a lot in your mailbox?
With regards to unarchiving your mail I'll need get back to you tomorrow about that as we'll need someone who has the system permissions to send the request.

We've submitted the unarchive request and it can take about 30 mins for your mail to drop back down.
