Anyone know how I can request an email restore

Managed to delete all my emails tonight and even though they should be in the deleted folder, theyre not there. I have no idea how to request restoration?

We can check if we hold a backup, however if they have been deleted locally we may not be able to restore them. Please let us know if you'd like us to try this.

Yes please, I dont even know how they got deleted, but it only occurred yesterday and it certainly wasnt local

Your original post suggests you deleted them.

Your response suggests that you have no idea how they got deleted.

Looking for clarity here - have ALL of your emails gone? Could this be a case of an over quota email store having being archieved by plusnet.

No, definitely wasn't over quota

I was deleting some emails but certainly not all,  and yes all of my emails have gone, everything

If they could be restored, it would be amazing

I've raised a ticket on to your account to the relevant team to check the backups and restore your emails if there are any showing. I'd expect it to be picked up within the next 2 working days.

Sorry about the lack of updates. I've chased this up with our mailspace team. They've checked the snapshots of your mail account on the back end systems and there's no mail there that's not already in your mailbox.

Likely because the snapshots only take us back to the 23rd July, as they are rotated each week.

We also don't keep backups for your type of account I'm afraid.
